Privacy notice

This notice explains what Vendro collects through the request form on this website and why. Vendro is an ODG Group company operating in Alberta; Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applies.

What we collect

Your name, email, business or property name, the location address or area, and, if you give them, the number of people there on a typical day and any message you write. We also record the time of the request and your IP address, which we use only to prevent abuse of the form.

Why

To reply to your request and, if you want one, to arrange a visit to the location. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a private database run on Cloudflare's platform and sent to Vendro's mailbox. Only Vendro can access them.

How long we keep it

If no placement goes ahead, your request is deleted automatically 12 months after it was received, or sooner if you ask. If one does, your details become part of the placement record for as long as the agreement lasts and for the period afterwards that Canadian tax rules require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@vendro.ca.

Bot protection and analytics

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser for that purpose; Cloudflare's privacy policy applies. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
