How it works

How Vendro vending works.

Vendro supplies, stocks and looks after the machine. Every arrangement is written for the specific location before anything is installed.

Four steps.

  1. 01

    Location visit

We look at the space, power, access and how many people pass through, and tell you plainly whether a machine makes sense.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

Equipment, payment methods, product selection, prices and service schedule, in writing before anything is installed.

  3. 03

    Installation

The machine is delivered, set up and stocked, ready for the people who use the space.

  4. 04

    Ongoing service

We restock, clean and maintain the machine and adjust the selection to what sells.

For venue partners

A simple, written arrangement.

There is no standard contract to sign up to. After the visit, we send a short proposal written for your location.

Every proposal sets out

  • The machine, where it goes and what it needs (space and power)
  • The payment methods that machine accepts
  • The product selection and prices
  • The service schedule
  • Any cost to you. For suitable locations we expect to supply and service the machine at no charge to the host; this is confirmed in the proposal.
  • How either side can end the arrangement

What does Vendro do?

Vendro places snack and drink vending machines in businesses, properties and shared spaces, then stocks, cleans and maintains them. The location gets convenient food and drinks; Vendro looks after the machine.

Where does Vendro operate?

Calgary, Alberta, and the immediate area. Calgary is where Vendro is starting; we are arranging our first locations now.

What kinds of locations is Vendro for?

Places where people work, live, learn, train or wait: offices, industrial sites and warehouses, apartment and condominium buildings, schools and campuses, hotels, gyms and recreation centres, dealerships, service centres and healthcare facilities.

Is there a cost to host a machine?

Every arrangement is written for the specific location. For suitable locations we expect to supply and service the machine at no charge to the host, and that is confirmed in the written proposal before anything is installed.

What payment methods do the machines accept?

Flexible payment options, including cash, debit, credit and contactless payments on supported machines. What each machine accepts is listed in its proposal and on the machine itself.

What products are in the machines?

Snacks and drinks chosen for each location, with healthier and dietary options on request. The selection is adjusted over time to what people at the location actually buy.

Who restocks and maintains the machine?

Vendro does. Restocking, cleaning and date rotation happen on a service schedule agreed with the location in writing.

What happens if a machine has a fault or takes my money?

Email support@vendro.ca with the machine number shown on the label, and we will sort it out.

What does a location need to provide?

Floor space for the machine, a standard electrical outlet nearby and access for restocking. We check all three during the location visit.

How do I request vending for my location?
